This is a great party appetizer. Debbie forgot the name of it but her kids told her it looked like
cat poo, so that is how it got this unique name. Despite that – it’s yummy!
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
1 lb. Ground sausage
1 lb. Velvetta cheese
Hot Sauce (to desired taste)
1 loaf party rye (the small bite size loaf of bread
usually found in the deli / cheese department of your local grocery store).
Directions:
Brown ground beef and sausage then drain grease.
Combine the meats with the velvetta, and hot sauce in the
same pan until cheese melts over medium heat.
Spread the mixture on party rye and cook in preheated 350
degree oven until brown (about 10-15 minutes).
