Humus

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Sesame Tahini Paste (usually found in the health food section of any grocery store)

1 can garbanzo beans

2 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice

2 – 4 cloves of garlic (depending on your taste)

1 teaspoon salt

3 – 5 Tablespoons water (start with 3, check consistency and add as needed up to 5).

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor.  Serve with pita bread, bagel chips or corn chips.
